SoftGrove Games · App Store · Google Play
Petalpop is a cluster-pop puzzle game that I took from concept to release under SoftGrove Games. I owned the product, gameplay, interface, store delivery, and the operational work required to maintain the game on iOS and Android.
Product scope
- Campaign, daily, endless, and zen play modes
- Special blooms, boosters, combo systems, and progression rewards
- Leaderboards and repeatable daily content
- A calm visual identity carried across the game, store pages, and supporting website
Engineering and delivery
The project included more than the core puzzle mechanic. I built the progression and content systems around it, integrated in-app purchases and store services, handled consent and monetization flows, and prepared the release assets and metadata for both stores.
Post-launch work includes release management, compatibility updates, store review requirements, player support, and product iteration based on how the complete experience behaves in production.
What it demonstrates
Petalpop is an example of owning a mobile product end to end: product decisions, software engineering, user experience, publishing, and ongoing delivery rather than a single isolated feature.
